Aasya reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

After an order is successfully placed, an email confirmation will be sent to the registered email address. Orders are generally processed within two to five business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping address and courier service. We provide shipping across India and share tracking details once your order has been dispatched. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Aasya is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. Exchanges may be considered within three days of receiving the product, subject to approval and product condition. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Requests for returns, exchanges, or cancellations must be sent to our customer support team via email at aasya.gifting@gmail.com.
