At Aasya, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is handmade with care, and due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange or replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing aasya.gifting@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Return shipping (for exchanges) will be covered by Aasya in cases of damaged or incorrect products. In other cases, the customer bears the shipping cost.

We do not accept exchanges for custom-made, personalized, or sale items unless they arrive damaged.

Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order, and only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

All decisions regarding returns and exchanges will be at the discretion of Aasya Jewelry. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable or repetitive return requests.
